Thank you for your interest in Winnie Weston. Please refer to some commonly asked questions and answers below.



Due to Covid-19, many orders will experience shipping delays until restrictions have been lifted worldwide. Orders are typically sent out within 1-2 week on our end but once it leaves Winnie Weston, I have no control over how long it may take to arrive.  If you decide to order for a special occasion, please be sure to order ahead of time to avoid receiving the shipment late. 

As I continue to monitor the shipping delays, please take into consideration that unfortunately shipping can take up to 3 weeks for U.S. shipping.



The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transactions conducted through Winnie Weston, LLC are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

You may use these rights and the material solely for the purpose of using our site in accordance with these Terms of Use. 

Winnie Weston, LLC reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Winnie Weston, LLC has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Winnie Weston, LLC shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.



Standard Shipping (  7-10 day processing) – $4.99 - $6.00 

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1 week  of purchasing, please send an email to hello@winnieweston.com.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 7-10 days after shipping. The length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
